Pinocchio's Revenge

"He'd be lying if he told you he never kills..."

We surprise a man burying a young boy in the woods. After his arrest, the doll falls into the hands of a young girl, who is pleased by her new toy. However, the people surrounding her start to get hurt. We start to question her mental sanity but she blames the incidents on the doll.

Originality

If this movie presented only the nude servant, Pinocchio’s Revenge would have deserved applause. Instead of this, we spend a whole stinking hour waiting for this Chucky-to-be to walk, movie his head or even move his eyes. In addition, when this pile of wood finally starts to have attitude, we understand that he is a big fan of Child’s Play. Not only does he tear holes in doors with his knife, he even slices his mother’s hand like butter.

We are never explained if he is possessed by the spirit of a murderer or by the young boy, nor are we told what his true goal is. His personality isn’t really exploited. In fact, we are given very little information. While the first few minutes give us a glimmer of hope, our expectations are quickly crushed and we have right to an illogical and idiotic revelation and conclusion.
